cPanel is licensed per account, so a cPanel plan adds $1.00 for each customer account plus one for the reseller. Webuzo plans use a flat price.

For a flat $30 per month per VPS, we handle operating-system updates, security hardening, firewall setup, monitoring and server troubleshooting. Your own application and content stay your responsibility.

Yes, on a KVM 2 or larger we recommend it. Panel licences are not included with a VPS. Contact us if you would like one installed.

KVM is full virtualization. Your VPS has dedicated vCPU, memory and storage, its own kernel and full root access.

A suite for cPanel & WHM that lets you sell reseller accounts that can create their own resellers, up to five tiers deep, with limits enforced before accounts are created.

Monthly licences renew each month until cancelled. A lifetime licence is a single payment with no renewals. It covers one server and the version line you buy (v16.x). Our support desk reissues the licence if you move servers. Ask us before assuming it covers a future major version.

We keep 3 days of backups, included on every plan. Keep your own copies of anything critical.

Accounts that exceed their plan’s resource limits are suspended. Move to a larger plan to avoid this.

We do not offer refunds on active services. Exceptions are made when a service or licence was never activated.
