Can I move to a bigger plan later?
Yes. Open a ticket from the client area and we will upgrade your plan. Your sites stay where they are.
Can I switch between cPanel and Webuzo?
Yes. We can migrate your sites from one panel to the other. Contact us first so we can agree the timing.
Is migration free?
Plus includes free migration of one site, Pro up to three and Business up to five. Starter does not include migration, and sites beyond your plan’s allowance are quoted separately. Tell us your current host and panel, and we agree what we move and when before we start.
Is email included?
Yes. Every plan includes mailboxes on your own domain, with the number shown on each plan.
Will shared hosting handle a busy shop?
Plus and above suit most small shops. If you expect heavy traffic, a KVM VPS gives you dedicated resources.
